The grapes composing this cuvée are exclusively issued from three old vines of the beautiful "Terroir" of Chétillons at Le Mesnil in Oger. The minerality of the chalky soil is fully showing in this Chardonnay Cuvee, always with a vintage, only produced during the best years.
Dosage: 4 to 5 g / L
Terry Theise: Disgorged November 2012. An imposing fragrance leads to a foamy, fleshy palate; there’s nothing inscrutable here, this is an obvious masterpiece, less earthy and recherché than `05; tertiary blasts of chalk and mint; it’s finer-grained than the meaty `05, with less espresso-savor than `02 or `00. Ending notes of chartreuse. Rating: ++
