Noble Wine is featuring Art Events in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg & Düsseldorf!

On the 24th of May our Munich customers had the chance to attend the exclusive exxhibition opening of „Famous Wine Cellars“ from photoartist Rafael Neff in the LUMAS gallery in Munich. To make this event a real happening Noble Wine presented its wines supported by the producers Gernot Kollmann from Immich-Batterieberg and our new talent Steffen Röll. A Champagne-Tasting was the perfect finish for this great event!

The event will now tour through Germany: 18.06. in Berlin, 18.10. in Hamburg, 25.10. in Düsseldorf!

Highlight at the Lumas Event: Eymann Cremants Chardonnay 2007 and Pinot Blanc de Noir 2008!

The bio-certified cremants from Eymann were so refreshing and inspiring that we could have served a lot more bottles. Guests intensively dicussed the question which one was better: Chardonnay or Pinot Noir? In the end, there was no real favorite amongst our customers: it was concluded that you have to drink both ! :)

The Eymann Cremants are perfect for all who want Champagne quality with a remarkable price-performance-ratio (12,90€/13,50€). You should go and get some of the last bottles of our current lot. Click here!

New German Arrivals from the great vintage 2011:

Immich-Batterieberg  C.A.I. Riesling 2011
Finnally arrived: the C.A.I. 2011! Went like hot cakes during the art event in Munich. Coming as a dry wine this time in our opinion this is even better than the highly rated 2010 and a great everyday wine you can't miss: Terrifically complex and concentrated, but still light on its feet. Buy here!

Unfortunately we still have to wait for the other Immich-Batterieberg wines until the fall, as this producer really takes his time in order to bring the best quality possible into the bottle.

Please welcome: The new Dönnhoff collection!

2011 was a sensational vintage for Dönnhoff. John Gilman: "The 2011ers from Weingut Dönnhoff are amongst the most brilliant wines to be found in this vintage and are going to make an awful lot of people really, really happy with their style and stunning quality!" The German wine reviewer Eichelmann elected Dönnhoff as "Producer of the Year 2012" and certainly this will not be the last award this year.

Our recommendation: Go and grab some Dönnhoff wines as long as they are available! Especially the basic wines with a great QPR are sold out every year within the first weeks.

The following wines are available:

Dönnhoff Riesling QbA (feinherb) 2011
Dönnhoff Riesling Qba trocken 2011
NEU!: Dönnhoff Weißburgunder QbA trocken 2011
Dönnhoff Riesling Tonschiefer (trocken) 2011
Dönnhoff Oberhäuser Leistenberg Riesling Kabinett 2011
NEU!: Dönnhoff Höllenpfad Riesling trocken 2011
Dönnhoff Norheimer Kirschheck Riesling Spätlese 2011
Dönnhoff "Felsentürmchen" Spätlese 2011
Dönnhoff Oberhäuser Brücke Riesling Spätlese 2011
Dönnhoff Oberhäuser Brücke Riesling Auslese 2011
Dönnhoff Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Riesling Spätlese 2011
Dönnhoff Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Riesling Auslese GK 2011

A.J. Adam
In 2010 Adam won numerous prices for his Spät- and Auslesen, particularly from the Riesling specialist David Schildknecht (Team of Robert Parker, Reviewer for Germany). The vintage 2011 is another highlight but you'll discover a different character, including a new phantastic dry wine!

You definitely need to try the A.J. Adam Riesling trocken 2011! This fascinating new dry Estate Riesling is the perfect entrance for the 2011 Adam collection: fresh, remarkably complex, with a great length. Most other producers would love to have such a quality for their "Großes Gewächs" (Grand Cru)...

The Kabinett, Spät- and Auslesen are as always a winner: with ripe accidity and intensive minerality - you shouldn't possibly miss those wines!

Weingut Keller
You will not be surprised to hear that Klaus-Peter Keller has produced another stunning vintage in 2011.

The new collection contains some extremely precise, mineral, harmoniously ripe yet delicate wines. Apart from his Grand Crus Kirchspiel, Hubacker, Morstein and Abtserde (allocation in September) we are happy to have received some of his Keller Riesling "von der Fels 2011"  - a marvelous entrance into the world of Peter Keller - maybe the best price/quality value you can get from his collection.

We are also proud to present two new, somewhat exotic entrees within our portfolio: Keller's Sylvaner "Feuervogel" 2011 and Keller's Scheurebe Spätlese 2011!

Arrived in Munich: New releases of fabulous Grower Champagne!
We could recently welcome the arrival of some new Cuvées of Tarlant (Tradition, Brut Zéro (also in Magnum!), Cuvée Louis (also in Magnum!), Janisson-Baradon (new with Toulette 2006!), Diebolt-Vallois (including Millesime 2006 and Fleur de Passion 2005!), Pierre Peters (including Les Chetillons 2005!) and finally: Vintage 2009 of
of Cédric Bouchard's Inflorescence Val de Vilaine!

Also arrived in Munich: Schiavenza, Massolino and Elio Grasso
If you are interested in Italian wine from Piedmont, you'll be glad to hear that we received new wines from Massolino (Dolcetto 2011, Barbera d'Alba 2011, Barolo 2008, Barolo Parafada 2007), Schiavenza (Barbera d'Alba 2009, Barolo 2007, Barolo Broglio 2007, Barolo Broglio Riserva 2004, Barolo Prapo Riserva 2004) and Elio Grasso. Gianluca Grasso stunned everyone with his 2008 Baroli and received extremely high ratings from all relevant reviewers, e.g. from Antonio Galloni: 97+ for Vigna Chiniera and 98+ points for the Casa Maté!.

Because of the extremely high demand for Grasso's Chiniera and Casa Maté we only sell those wines as the following bundle:

3 btl. Barbera d'Alba 2009 + 1 btl. Barolo Gavarini Vigna Chiniera 2008 + 1 btl. Barolo Ginestra Casa Maté 2008 - Price: 175 € per Bundle. (Sum of the single bottles would normally be 185,50 €). Please note that E. Grasso's Barbera can also be bought in isolation.

Have you ever tried the wines of Xavier? Now's the chance to discover the complete collection!
The wine project Xavier Vins is known for it's great quality/price ratio. Newly arrived: Ventoux and Cotes du Rhone from the fabulous vintage 2010 that has already been mentioned in the same breath with the phenomenal vintages 2007 and 2001.

Apart from that we've ordered some top-class Chateauneuf du Papes: Cuvée "Anonyme" 2009 and new (!) 2007 and 2005! Those great wines received up to 96 Parker Points! Highly recommended for those who prefer great quality to great labels!

To get to know Xavier we offer a bundle of the three vintages 2005, 2007 and 2009 of the Chateauneuf Cuvée Anonyme for 85 € (instead of 94,70 € if ordered individually).
