Burgund Subskription Jahrgang 2011!

From February 18 to 20, we had the chance to visit our producers in Burgundy and to get an idea of the quality of the new vintage 2011 (partly before and after bottling). Here you’ll find some impressions from our visit to the Côte d'Or.

What can we say about the vintage 2011?

It probably will not be listed as one of the all-time great vintages, but based on the tastings with our producers it will be a very harmonious vintage that is mainly characterized by high transparency and a surprising freshness in the wines. Read more.

Finally arrived: The new vintage of cult winery Enderle & Moll!

The bottling had to be postponed twice because of the long lasting winter weather. But finally the wines have arrived in Munich.

Sven Enderle & Florian Moll told us that they are very happy with the quality of 2011, matching our impression from our tasting from barrel a few months ago.

The single-vineyard Pinot Noirs "Buntsandstein" and "Muschelkalk" will probably be sold out very quickly, so if you are interested, don’t wait too long!

Klaus Peter Keller: Arrival Abtserde & Morstein GG 2011, additional Abtserde GG + Kirchspiel GG + one of the legendary KP Keller Cases (incl. 2 btl. G-Max 2011)!

Finally arrived in Munich we will now begin to ship the already sold out Abtserde GG 2011 & Morstein GG 2011 from Weingut Keller.

Some good news for people who missed out on Keller's fabulous Riesling GGs from 2011: We were able to buy a few bottles of Kirchspiel GG 2011 + Abserde GG 2011 - first come first serve...!
